Welcome to FayCribs. By using the site you agree to these terms. FayCribs is a student-built marketplace that helps University of Arkansas students find and post housing leases, subleases, and rooms in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Who can use FayCribs
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Google account to post listings, save cribs, or contact posters.
What FayCribs is not
FayCribs is not a landlord, property manager, broker, or escrow service. We do not screen users, verify identities, or handle any payments or lease agreements. All arrangements are strictly between users.
Your listings and content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post.
- Do not post content that is illegal, discriminatory, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Do not upload photos you don't have the right to share.
- We may remove listings or accounts that violate these rules.
Prohibited conduct
- No scams, misrepresentation, or fake listings.
- No harassment, discrimination, or violations of fair housing laws.
- No scraping, automated access, or attempts to break the site.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, available, or safe. Always verify details before signing anything or exchanging money.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FayCribs and its creators are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site, interactions with other users, or offline transactions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
